10 Reasons why MonitorExam is Great for Interns

We at MonitorExam work under a lot of constraints. But our interns are always happy and are not satisfied with just one Gig.

Last year we hired  4 interns, of which 3 came back to work again with us after completing.

5. Transparency:- We are a transparent organization and most of the discussions happen on a slack channel accessible to all.
6. Knowledge Sharing:- We have a culture of knowledge sharing and conduct trainings within team members.
7. Experiment:- We are a place where you are encouraged to experiment. If you have an idea speak up. If not implement we will atleast listen to you
8. Remote:- We are 100% remote since last 8 years.

I would also like to add that I am grateful for the opportunities I got to work under your guidance. It has truly benefited me, personally and professionally.
