Building a self-sufficent team which earns while aiming for higher growth

It is good to have short term goals. Long ago, when I met an investor doing my first startup, he taught me about a term called Minimum Viable Business. That term stuck with me till date. I have built MVPs but the desire to build a Minimum viable self-sustaining business remained.

This year the goal is to realize this vision. So we will be building a team of 10 people who will together run a business generating a revenue of 1 cr, taking home 50% of their market rate salary and earning the rest in the form of ESOPs.
